Common questions

When is the commission charged?
Commission is deducted from the deal value only when both parties confirm and the transaction closes through Mr Used. If a deal falls through before confirmation, no commission is owed.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing month.
What counts as a 'closed deal'?
A deal is considered closed once both the buyer and the seller confirm the transaction through the platform and the goods are released from the Mr Used hub.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No long-term contracts. Plus and Pro plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time before the next billing date.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept SEPA bank transfer, credit card, and iDEAL for EU customers. Invoice payment is available for Pro plan subscribers.
